• All prices published on wts.web.tr are starting prices per person in a double room, valid for cash and credit card single payment, if there is a quota for the relevant product or for the available date range in certain periods. Exchange rate changes during the day are reflected in EUR prices. Current exchange rates at the time of payment apply.

• For current deals and the latest price, you must inquire about availability using the "Get a Free Offer" button. Since prices may vary depending on travel periods and hotel/flight availability, the carrier and the institutions providing accommodation services are responsible for any possible differences.

• During the reservation, our guests' "Passport number, date of birth and passport receipt/expiration date" information must be obtained.

• Check-in hours for hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 - 15:00. Check-out hours are between 10:00 - 12:00.

• People participating in the tour are required to have their Travel Insurance with them during the trip.

• It is recommended that the International Departure Fee be paid to the relevant banks before the travel date and that you keep the receipt with you during the travel.

• The agency reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.

• Days of extra tours; It can be changed by the relevant guide, depending on the content, the number of participants (Minimum 20 people), the closure of the museum and the historical site, and any changes that may occur in flight hours.

• Rooms for 3 people are provided according to hotel availability. There is an extra bed in rooms for 3 people, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed.

• Fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc. During periods such as these, hotels may be available further than the specified locations or km.

• Our guests who will travel abroad with a passport from a different country must contact the relevant consulate to obtain information about whether there is a visa application in the country(s) they will travel to.

• In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similar damaged passport(s); renewal of the mentioned passports and T.R. If it is a country that requires visas for its citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Note: The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Times may change prior to flight and all times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to departure dates. When traveling abroad, it is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months. If the number of participants in the package tour is not sufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance. There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land.
